ScreenIQ
A recruiter-grade screening platform: upload a stack of resumes against a job description and ScreenIQ scores, ranks, and explains every candidate, combining deterministic, layer-wise scoring with an AI judge, so the verdict is auditable, not a black box.
Overview
ScreenIQ turns a pile of resumes and a single job description into a ranked, explainable shortlist. Each candidate is parsed, matched against the role, and scored across weighted layers, JD keyword and skills match, experience signals, formatting and ATS-parseability, and contactability, with every layer broken into granular, pass/fail checks a recruiter can actually read.
On top of the deterministic layers sits an AI judge that reasons over the whole profile against the role, catching nuance the rules miss. The two combine into a single, transparent score, layer-wise tracking means you always see why a candidate landed where they did.
Built for volume and for teams: bulk upload, side-by-side candidate comparison, exportable reports, and a credit-metered SaaS surface with accounts and plans. It's screening that's fast enough for a full pipeline and honest enough to defend.
